 SHIPPING & PROCESSING

• Processing Time: 3–14 business days. All orders are processed on Sundays. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive an email confirming it is officially in the queue to be prepared.

• Skip the Line Orders: We offer 10 Skip-the-Line slots per month. This means your order skips the entire queueand is processed + prepped on priority.

• Shipping Timeline: Once prepared and shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–14 business days. High demand or large orders may extend shipping to 4–8 weeks.

• Shipping Responsibility: Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Once your order leaves our facility, Garden of JuTeas is not responsible for UPS delays or damages unless insurance is purchased.

 VIP ACCESS & OFFICE HOURS

• Office Hours: Monday–Friday, 8AM – 8PM EST.

• VIP Members: Can call and speak directly with a Garden Girl during office hours.

• All Other Customers: Please contact us via email or text at goj_admin@juteas.com.

 REFUNDS, RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

• Refunds: We do not offer cash refunds. All approved returns are issued as store credit only.

• Cancellations: Orders must be canceled within 24 hours of purchase to avoid a 50% restocking fee.

• Damaged Orders: Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos emailed to goj_admin@juteas.com. Only insured packages qualify for refunds or replacements.

 

 DISCLAIMERS & RESULTS

• Garden of JuTeas does not claim to diagnose, cure, or treat medical conditions.

• Results vary depending on body chemistry & consistency. Most customers see changes within 30 days of regular use.

• Our products are not a magic fix—body sculpting and transformation require a healthy lifestyle + movement.

• All JuTeas products are made fresh, free from additives & preservatives.

 

 PRODUCT PREPARATION & STORAGE

• Dry Herbs: Store at room temperature; retains potency up to 1 year.

• Sea Moss Gel: Refrigerate; 14–20 day shelf life.

• Herbal Juices: Refrigerate; 7–10 day shelf life.

• Essential Oils: Store at room temperature, away from sunlight/heat.

 

 PACKAGE INSURANCE

• Customers can purchase $30 insurance per order to cover losses, delays, or damages.

• Insurance remains active until used—funds roll over for future shipments.

• For insurance claims, items must be broken, unusable, or arrive 2+ days late.

 

 PICKUP & PARTIAL SHIPMENTS

• Local Pickup: Available Mondays & Tuesdays only. Pickup details are emailed once your order is ready.

• Partial Shipments: We do not ship partial orders unless multiple orders are in queue. If an item is out of stock beyond 1 week, we will refund that item and ship the rest.
