PLEASE READ POLICY BEFORE PURCHASE 

DISCLAIMERS AND RESULTS: 

JuTeas does not claim to cure any illnesses, disorders and or other medical issues. We base our research and facts on testimonials from customers. Everyone has different body makeup, so the results vary for everyone. It has been proven that it takes 30 days (about 4 and a half weeks) to see any type of results you are trying to achieve. JuTeas will not do all the work for you but will aid and make your journey easier! Working out is highly recommended to achieve the best results possible when consuming anybody sculpting products. I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE & RECOMMEND WORKING OUT when trying to achieve anybody's goals. JuTeas are made with all-natural ingredients and no additives nor preservatives. The Fridge life for JuTeas is 7 - 10 days (about 1 and a half weeks) and you can freeze them for up to 3 weeks. You must completely thaw before placing your drinks back in the fridge. DO NOT REFREEZE...

 

RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS:  

-ALL DAMAGED PACKAGES MUST BE reported within 24 hours, to QUALIFY FOR A REPLACEMENT OR A REFUND, PLEASE SEND A PHOTO OF THE DAMAGED ITEMS to juteasbytiff@gmail.com. You must cancel your order within 24 hrs. of purchase to avoid a 50% restocking fee.  

REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS: 

-PLEASE SEE RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS... ONLY PACKAGES THAT ARE INSURED CAN BE REFUNDED and or REPLACED.  

SHIPPING & PICKUP 

-JuTeas is currently not offering delivery currently. Please E-Mail us or send us a message via social media or on our JuTeas mobile app if you have a question about shipping to your location.  

-USPS is our current shipping carrier.  

-Once your package has left JuTeas facility we are NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR PACKAGE. If for any reason your package is delayed or damaged because of a USPS error, JUTEAS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAMAGED ITEMS. You can add insurance to your package for an extra fee of $25.00 to ensure you receive a replacement or refund if your package is damaged or delayed for any reason. Damaged packages must have broken items or delivered 2 days after estimated delivery date to qualify for a refund or replacement. We are currently not offering overnight or next day shipping. 

-All orders are shipped out on a 2-3 day guarantee arrival, if your package is delayed due to USPS, JuTeas is not responsible for your package if it is no longer any good unless insured. 

-All orders can be picked up ONLY on Tuesday & Saturday. Local orders are processed like all other orders, once your order is ready for pick-up, you will receive an e-mail with pickup location. If you are local, you still have the option to have your order shipped

  

PROCESSING & SHIPPING: 

-Please allow 3-14 days (about 2 weeks) from the order date depending on the size of your order and when you order to receive your order.  

-Orders are processed on Sunday & Monday Only... 

-Orders are only shipped out on Tuesdays and Wednesdays... 

-All orders are made fresh when ordered, please be patient and understand that orders are made the day before shipping.  

TURNAROUND TIME: 

-Depending on the day you order and depending on how many orders are in the Que before your order will determine when you receive your order. Shipping dates may vary by the week and demand of orders being received. Typically, it could take 7 business days to receive your order. As we bring on more help, shipping times. will get better. 

PREPPING YOUR ORDER: 

Everything is made fresh to order and we use all fresh produce and herbs. Please allow at least 3-14 days (about 2 weeks) to receive your order depending on the size and items ordered. All DRY HERBS are brewed fresh and must steep for at least 8-24 hours depending on the Herbal blend that is in your products ordered. All sea moss is made fresh to order and has a 14–20-day shelf life.  

-Herbal Juices combined with fresh produce have a shelf life of 7-10 days (about 1 and a half weeks) and must be kept in the refrigerator. 

-Dried herbs should be kept at room temperature and will keep their potency for up to a year. 

-Essential Oils should be stored at room temperature away from heat or direct sunlight. 

PACKAGE INSURANCE:  

Insurance can be purchased for $25.00 on the product page. When you purchase Insurance; you only use it will it is needed. For example, if you place an order and you purchase insurance, if your order arrives on time and with no damage, then your $25.00 will remain in your account until it is needed. You do not need to purchase insurance every time you place an order, just make sure you always have a $25.00 credit in your account for any mishaps with your package. 

PARTIAL PACKAGES: 

We do not ship partial packages, if you place an order, your order will be shipped out as ordered. If an item(s) is going to be out for longer than a week, we will refund the funds for the item and send your shipment on a regular schedule. If you would like to have a partial item shipped, you are responsible for handling but shipment cost. An e-mail will be sent out informing you of the delay and if you choose the option of 2 partial shipments, just response to the e-mail and we will send you an invoice for your second shipment. If you have money left-over from from shipment 1, it'll automatically go towards shipment 2.
